The Process

• Define Your Goals
  The first stage we recommend is to determine your objectives and then contact us for an informal meeting. We will sit down with you to clearly determine your goals and together we can develop exciting ways to meet them.
  
  
• Prepare a Script
  Once we've agreed the format which best suits you, whether it be a DVD based production, web video or something totally different, we will ask you to prepare a basic script. Our Script writers will then refine the script for you. The Story Board We will prepare a story board for you and at our next meeting present the visual ideas we have. Together we will finalise these ideas and then set the dates for the shoot.
  
  
• The Shoot
  Remember, you are the Executive Producer, so having you at any shoot is preferred. However we understand time pressures, and providing we are all happy with the final brief, don't worry - you can trust us to deliver! We will provide you with a checklist ahead of the shoot e.g remembering to tell your staff about the scheduled filming, organising any necessary permissions to film etc.
  
  
• Post Production
  Filming completed, post production begins. We will edit the material down according to the agreed storyboard, add graphics, music and voice over and deliver a draft to you (via email in a PDF file format if time is of the essence!) Once approved, the final product will be formatted according to your requirement and delivered!
